FCE-----Functional
Capacity Evaluations are used to assess person’s present
functional capabilities. It can help determine of a person
can handle a particular job or if they are ready to return
to a certain job after an injury.

Ergonomics---The
goal of an ergonomics program is to adapt the job to fit the
person, not force the person to fit the job. We can assist
you in designing and implementing an ergonomics program. We
can also do an ergonomic assessment of a current situation.

Post-Offer Screens---These
screens are used to determine of a person can perform the
essential functions of a job with or without reasonable
accommodations. The timing and proper performance of these
screens is essential to avoid legal problems in the hiring
process. We have the experience and knowledge to perform
these screens in a manner that the employer can have
confidence in.

Job Analysis---A
job analysis can be used to define the essential functions
of a job, prepare a proper job description, establish
criteria for return to work after an injury, to assist in
the formulation of a post-offer screen, and to determine
appropriate job accommodations.

Education---We have many
educational programs that can be used to augment current
safety training programs. These include:
